Can you Go Inside?

Yes you can! You must take your shoes off, they do provide booties. Be mindful some areas are not accessible. It is also a quarter mile walk from the car to the sanctuary and light house.

The light house is a protective area to many sea birds, monk-seals on the shore below and also is a great view for Humpback Whales during the winter season! It is a beautiful lookout, but please do not cross the protective bird sanctuary areas. You may see many endangered Hawaiian species here.
